Lj’s 90 Day Challenge 2016

Hi Everyone!

A quick post to share my latest updates on Skinny Fiber! You may  remember a few years ago I did the 90 Day Challenge and lost quite a bit of weight. I know everyone was sick of hearing about Skinny Fiber, seeing testimonies etc.. But when you find something that works for you that is too good not to share you need to shout it from the roof tops! You never know who  you may be helping and one thing I have found in life is that helping others and paying it forward creates happiness not only in your own life but in the lives of others. Ok.. back to my story…. I kept the weight off until I had a back injury last year and suddenly it all piled back on from lack of movement and exercise.  I was unable to do very much and it was quite frustrating to say the least! I am now also in an office job so not as active during the day as I was back then. Here are my pics from back then…


I tried my hardest to get back into shape once I recovered from the back injury, nothing worked and I could not shift the weight no matter how hard I tried. I have just completed another 90 Day Challenge with completely different results! SO happy to say I wore the Jeans in my after photo today and it felt great even though I am not yet where I want to be. I am sitting at 73kg but lost approx. 16.5 inches this time.. much needed and I am back on track to feeling fabulous again health wise. I have started walking again for 20 mins up to 4 times a week. I go early mornings as I find that it gives me an energy burst for the day. I didn’t change my diet that much during the 90 days but have started eating lower carb for the last 5 days or so. I feel less bloated and have so much more energy. I am going to continue taking Skinny Fiber for the health benefits and continue eating lower carb foods. My biggest tips are to eat fresh… Lean protein and low carb veggies. I am also in LOVE with the fitbit as this keeps me motivated during the day to do at least 10 000 steps. With my morning walk I have found this achievable! I also post daily in a Weight Loss Group  I created way back then with health tips, recipes, exercises and things I find motivating. If I can help just one person get motivated to be a healthier version of themselves my job is done! It also motivates me to keep going! We only have one body to live in so why not be the best we can be. It’s not about Skinny! It’s about being healthy. Here are my pics from this 90 Day Challenge…..still a work in progress but I am happy with that progress! My motto is to never give up.. if you have a bad day get up the next day and start again! Nothing is unachievable when you set your mind to it !!!!!!!
