Christen ~ 11.5 kg and counting!

Christen’s Story
Hello Everyone! My story is a little different than most. I was NOT always overweight. As a matter of fact, I was used to being the “skinny” one. Then after having a csection in 2007, I developed a hospital acquired post-op infection. Long story short…I was hospitalized and given multiple IV antibiotics, two blood transfusions, blood clots, fluid on my lungs, damage to my liver, and had a hysterectomy. The year following, I had my ovaries, appendix, tonsils, and two cervical lymph nodes removed and even abdominal hernias repaired. My recovery was slow and difficult. I gained A LOT of weight! I was not comfortable in my own body and even avoided people I knew. I was sooo unhappy! A friend of mine introduced me to Skinny Fiber in November of 2011. Since taking SF, I have lost over 25 lbs and went from a size 16 pants to a size 10 in most styles! I take multiple maintenance medication including a thyroid pill, hormone replacement, and even a daily antibiotic to keep the infection under control. SF has not affected any of my meds! I had a liver biopsy in January 2012 (only 2 mths on SF) and for the first time since 2007, I had positive results and my liver enzymes even came back in the normal range! My doctor told me to keep doing whatever it was I was doing…..that would be SF! Besides helping you to lose weight, it also detoxifies your body which could be the reason why my liver tests are normal. I am so excited about the way SF and weight loss has changed my life, that I wanted to inspire and motivate others to make a change for a better future!!! What is holding you back from where you want to be in life??
